Wow! thanks Tom’s is all we use! I love the apricot deodorant & their non-floride toothpaste. I think the dental health for all program is great to bring awareness to the huge problem we have with it in this country. And we really do.

What a great concept. I just got a letter from our insurance company informing me that our premium is increasing by about $70/month soon. Nice. I don’t see how people can afford to give their families the appropriate coverage and it is nice to see businesses realizing that and trying to fill in the gaps.

As one who does not have dental insurance, and hasn’t for about 20 of her 26 years, I think it is GREAT that Tom’s is doing this! I’m blessed to have never had a cavity, or had to have braces, but the dental work I have had done (wisdom teeth out, for one) has been expensive–just simple bite-wing x-rays are ridiculously expensive!

We LOVE Tom’s around here, and although I can’t say that it’s all we use, I do buy it when it’s on sale. I love the ginger toothpaste, which is an unusual flavor. I love Tom’s of Maine’s eco-friendly and healthy philosophies.

I think that it is a wonderful idea. Our family doesn’t have dental insurance, so we have to save up for such things as cleanings, x-rays, fillings, and in my case, crowns. It would be nice if major insurance companies would cover those procedures in their plans.

I think this is a great idea. I work in a low SES area and may of the students in my classroom do not have dental insurance nor the proper tools to brush at home. So understand the importance of getting not just the adults but the kids to bursh and take care of their teeth.

I love Tom’s! I’ve been using it since I was 10 or so. I think their program is a great idea! I have been without insurance before and it can be a real struggle. Tom’s of Maine helps out so many people with this project and ones they have done in the past.

I really like the fact they are committed to funding charities. We hear so much about the Lack of Healthcare it seems that Dental Health doesnt get in the Limelight of concern. I believe that *Dental* should be apart of Healthcare and insured just like healthcare.

I think “Dental Health for All” should be a given, not a luxury, and Tom’s is making a great start. Of course, adults need dental care, too, and my fondest wish is that we as a society soon will extend health care of ALL kinds to every one of us, not just the wealthiest, the poorest, and those lucky enough to have a paternalistic employer. Kudos to Tom’s for helping to focus on this critical issue.

We love Tom of Maine’s!!! It’s all that we use for our dental needs! And, it’s so amazing that they donate 10% of our pre-tax profits to charitable organizations supporting the environment, human needs, the arts, and education. Very commendable! : )))

I had never heard of this company but I see that they are promoting a good cause. A lot of people are afraid of the dentist as well as having no insurance. Thanks for the contest.
