Time to shop for Back to School!
You can score all kinds of “necessities” at bargain prices at T.J.Maxx and Marshalls.
T.J. Maxx gave me $50 in gift cards and set me loose to see what I could score.
I found all of the essentials for setting up a hip dorm room, plus school bags and lunch boxes for a range of different styles, and of course great deals on clothes.
I found a bunch of undies from Aerie for $2.00 to $2.50 each, Paul Frank swim trunks for $7.00, men’s Nautica boxer briefs, 2 for $9.99, a smart looking snap-up madras shirt for Jobes (Mossimo, $9.99), and some cool space man pj’s for Deeds (Carter’s brand, about $10 I think).
The coolest thing I found was a 4-Piece Silicone Ice Pop Maker Set for $6.99. I already made some delicious mango sorbet ice pops.
Yeah I might be bragging a little.
I saw purses and luggage in a huge range of prices and brands. I mean even with the off-price discount they ranged from $30 to over $150.
I’m not a handbag expert so I can only stare in disbelief.
Look what I spotted in the check out line! Discounted copies of Scholastic Storybook Treasures DVDs!
Individual DVD’s were about $4.99 each.
You never know what treasures you will find at T.J. Maxx and Marshalls!
I have to confess I spent more than $50, but think of the savings!
In my hometown, this weekend is tax-free back to school shopping! Shop T.J. Maxx and Marshalls tax-free for even more awesome.
