    We usually mix veggies and fruit into our meals or add extra ingredients to make the healthy stuff taste good

    We often eat veggies or fruits as snacks…gotta eat healthy!

    I have a fun food pyramid chart on the fridge and my daughter and I make it a game to eat from each category on a daily basis.

    We have the 2 bite club at my house. If it’s something new they haven’t had before they try two bites of it to see if they like it and most of the time they do. We also read books and have coloring books about healthy eating. The Hungry Caterpillar is my 4 year olds favorite and even though we don’t have this one yet we ready all the time at the library.

    We try to eat healthy. We keep fruit on hand for snacks, serve veggies with almost every meal and limit the amount of treats (cookies, candy, chips… etc.) we eat and have at home.
