Trained chef Morgan-Leigh honors her father Greg Norman with good food and perfect wine pairings.
The Greg Norman Wine Estates Cookbook includes some of her favorite dishes she prepares like Steak Tartare & Arugula Roulade, Stuffed Mini Peppers, Down Under Hamburger and recommended award-winning wine pairings.
The cookbook has 11 recipes and is available for a $5 minimum donation to Cure Search on Greg Norman Estates’ web site.
