Trained chef Morgan-Leigh honors her father Greg Norman with good food and perfect wine pairings.

The Greg Norman Wine Estates Cookbook includes some of her favorite dishes she prepares like Steak Tartare & Arugula Roulade, Stuffed Mini Peppers, Down Under Hamburger and recommended award-winning wine pairings.

I have 5 of these cookbooks to give away to 5 winners.

    If you could, what would you cook for your Dad? Well, he always wanted stuff with meat and sugar so maybe a doughnut burger. (two donuts with a hamburger in the middle) Good thing he already passed away.
