The Absolutely Most Fabulous Charlie and Lola Giveaway In The Whole World
I LOVE Charlie and Lola!
Yes, I love them. And my 3K students love the Charlie and Lola books. I kind of love them, even though the abundance of superlatives make them a bit of a challenge to read to a group of 17 squirmy 3-year-olds.
I love the way that Charlie is so everlastingly patient with the quirky and slightly exasperating Lola. The books and shows model wonderful interpersonal and communication skills.
Slightly Invisible by Lauren Child is about an issue every younger sibling has faced: who can Lola play with while Charlie is having fun with his own friends?
Slightly Invisible by Lauren Child has a special appearance by my favorite invisible guest star, Soren Lorenson.
Charlie and Lola DVD’s are also tons of fun. I think I have volumes “Four” and “Nine.”

I love the sibling interactions in Charlie and Lola. Just last week my daughter invited a friend over after school. The evening before her friend came she asked me if I couldn’t make her little brother stay away when her friend was visiting. Hmm…what to do? I decided to let the day play out and it worked. Thankfully she included the little guy in on some of the fun. No invisible friend needed.
Both my kids like Charlie and Lola and would be thrilled to receive this fantastic prize.

I have never heard of these two before, but they sound like a blast to read. I’d read them to my son and then when he outgrows them, on to the non-profit preschool for more greasy fingers to read them.

Me and my children adore Charlie & Lola! I want to win this for them. Favorite Charlie swaps her purse for her friends beautiful white coat, and then leaves it at the library…. all of the shows are simply darling.

My 4 kids are 2-8 years and they all will enjoy Charlie and Lola (we only get PBS with antenna so they haven’t seen all of them yet). My favorite is the one where Lola will never eat a tomato, I think it’s the first episode?

I like how the kids use their imaginations, in fact, the show’s foundation is based on using the imagination, which is why its so great. I’d give this gift to my five year old.

Squeeeee!!! Charlie & Lola are my absolute favorite!! I just love Lola & her fun way of speaking & Charlie’s wonderful big brother care for her. And of course, the British accents just make it fun!
I’d give the pack to my sweet daughter, Jenna, who’s almost as big a fan as I am. =) She would be THRILLED!
Favorite things from Charlie & Lola:
I sometimes whisper in Jenna’s ear, “You are my favorite & my best.” and she slowly smiles and says, “Lola says that, Mommy.” It’s one of our little traditions.
The way that Jenna now says “toe-MAH-toe” for tomato, just like Lola in the episode “I will not ever NEVER eat a tomato”

Oh WOW!!! My 3 year old loves loves loves Charlie and Lola. Our favorite book is ..”I will never not ever eat a tomatoe.” My daughter loves the end when Lola asks charlie to hand her one of… “those” . lol This is the best giveaway I have seen in while. I would give this set to my daughter, who loves the show and loves to read. My favorite moment is when in ‘I Just Love My Red Shiny Shoes’ when Lotta convinces Lola he new shoes are great because they sound like ponies, and then they imagine galloping away on the ponies. Cute!

I would give this fabulous prize to my fantabulous daughter
she is a fan. My favorite Charlie & Lola moment would have to be when Lola is trying to save the panda and she gets sick with the chicken pox and decides that she will use her spots as a way to raise money for the panda - I like that they always work together to find a solution for the problem

I’d share the set with my two girls, Bixby (age 2) and Josie (age 5). We don’t have TV (but we watch DVDs) so we’ve never seen C&L but I’ve picked up a few of the books at Borders over the last year because I love the illustrations and humor. Turns out, my kids do too! Our favorite is I Can’t Stop Hiccuping…it’s because of this book that my children think that hiccuping is contagious and a Very Big Deal (”Mom, I absolutely positively CAN’T go to school today because I have the hiccups.”)

I would share this with my daughter. She loves Lola. We haven’t seen the show yet, but are big fans of the books. We love the book with Charlie & Lola camping outside on the porch!

This would be for my little girl. I like the episode when Lola really wants to go to the Space party but already had plans to play with another friend. She kept her promise & had lots of fun!

I would give this to my daughter. She is a big Charlie & Lola fan. Her favorite part is probably the last page of “I Will Be Especially Very Careful” when Lola asks if she can borrow Lotta’s pencil case and Lotta says, “Mmm… no.” Oops! Sorry to give away ending

This would be great for my son. I like the brother/sister dynamic & hope for that kinda relationship between my son & daughter. I like the episode where Lola likes & talks about guinea pigs

I would love to give this to my 5 year old for her birthday. She is a really big fan of charlie and lola and even though she watches them I truly can’t think of a particula show. I do like how charlie and lola help each other out and the lessons that she learns from the show.
