Enjoy a tour of Patuxay, the Victory Arch (or Victory Monument or Victory Gate, depending on who you ask).
Patuxay is one of my favorite sites to visit in Vientiane, Laos.
It has some interesting “urban legends” connected to it, but I think it is more polite not to post about those.
