Snack and Play Travel Tray
My preschooler is quite persnickety. He makes a scene if he dribbles water on his shirt (MUST.REMOVE.SHIRT.), gets something on his hands, has something on his plate that he doesn’t actually want to eat (offending food can NOT stay on plate), or if he can’t reach something he wants in the car (I DROPPED MY BATMAN!). It was with a sigh of relief that I discovered the Snack and Play Travel Tray at a wonderful online store called Family Travel Gear.
The Snack and Play Travel Tray is a portable, soft surface that easily fastens around your child’s carseat, booster seat, or stroller to give them an area to color, play with small toys, or eat snacks.
The Snack and Play Travel Tray is made from nylon and has a foam core, so it is completely safe, flexible, and easily removable in case of a car crash.
The rim of the Snack and Play Travel Tray is 2 inches deep, so matchbox cars, crayons, and wayward snack crackers won’t slide of the edge when mom navigates sharp curves!
Mesh pockets on the side of the Snack and Play Travel Tray hold sippy cups, packaged snacks, books, crayons, or small toys, keeping them within your child’s reach.
We received our Snack and Play Travel Tray just days before we embarked on the Longest Plane Ride Ever. I did bring it along in our carry on luggage, which was easy because it is soft and can squish down to the size of an adult sweater. But, in all of the sleeplessness, I didn’t get around to photographing it in action on the plane.
We now use our Snack and Play Travel Tray as a lap desk at home, and it is perfectly suited for playing and eating in the car.
I want to start using the Snack and Play Travel Tray for 13-month-old Deeds soon. He is an avid snacker!

Those Lil’ Lewis Kids travel pillows are so cute! I think my kids would love them - especially since they’re always asleep ten minutes away from the house, and their poor little heads are all lopped over to the side….

Ok the talus car hooks are absolutely GENIUS!! Why have I never seen these before?!?! I can’t tell you how many thousands of times I’ve hit the brakes only to have my purse &/or small shopping bag from whatever errand I just ran go sliding off the passenger seat & dumping all over the floor!

I was going to say the banned choice as a joke first (and then put something for real) but I wasn’t sure if it was automatically set up so imagine I did
My little one is also strangely neat for a preschooler, she immediately strips if she gets dirty, she has attempted to do her stripper impression at the grocery store!

The Kids Car Organizer XL is another product that looks great to me. We travel good distances pretty often and it can get so messy which ends up getting everyone frustrated when they can’t find what they need or are just plain uncomfortale. And, I have to add that the Snack and Play Travel tray seems fantastic and would be so great for the kids in the car!

I love that Cabin Cuddler, like a sleeping bag, but it snaps in places so you can use your hands to read a book or whatever… when I was a kid and went to my grannie’s house, she had those, except she called them Snugglebugs.
