Need a Teethifier?

Teethi1 Deeds is 15 months old now, and his little gummy grin is rapidly filling in with baby teeth.
When I noticed that he was cranky and attempting to reach his fingers into the back of his mouth, I knew that he must be getting some new teefies back there.

Only a few months ago, Deeds chewed through his paci in a teething frenzy!
I felt sorry for Deeds and actively sought to give him relief.
My usual teething repertoire involves Hyland’s Teething Tablets, a wooden spoon (for chewing), or a large, raw carrot.

Teethi2 Now, I am also happy to add the Teethifier to my bag of teething tricks.

The Teethifier is a funny looking object that is part pacifier, part teether.

Made from 100% FDA approved Santoprene, The Teethifier has two chewy nubs that are designed to reach baby’s back gums.

Your baby can bite and chew The Teethifier so that it gently massages sore gums.

Deeds uses The Teethifier as a teether, usually holding it in his hand to give it a good chew.

He doesn’t walk around with it in his mouth like a pacifier, but if he ever has a terrible teething day, it is good to know that his Teethifier as an option.

Maybe Deeds and Jasper can use their Teethifiers together!

Do you need a Teethifier? KidGear is giving away one Teethifier to one Mom Most Traveled reader.

To enter, just look at this picture and tell me your impressions of the Teethifier in the comments section of this post.

This giveaway is open to US residents.

One winner will be chosen at random.

This giveaway will close on December 1, 12 midnight.

*Congrats to Honey Mommy*

Wow! I wish I had discovered this sooner! All of the teethers we have had for my son were too big to fit in back and he would use his fingers or the top of a Baby Tylenol bottle!! Looks like it will really be effective!

Ohh my gosh, that is incredible. It looks so strange but actually makes so much sense! My 8 month old granddaughter, Ambryanna, is teething now and could really use one! I am impressed! Thank you!

Wow! That looks great. It looks like he can manipulate it to chew wherever his gums are sore, but especially in the molar area.

I would love this; my daughter is just beginning to teeth, and she frequently pulls her pacifier out of her mouth to chew on the sides and the ring.

    Thanks for the giveaway!

It looks brilliant. My 14 month old is miserable, cutting those back teeth. I’d love to try this. She’s never been one to chew teethers pr pacis, but this looks different.

It looks odd,but really it looks like it would hit mouth sides of their mouth so it would be great for babies getting in more then one tooth. My son is 9 months and has two in and three top ones just breaking through…so I would love this we are in full swing in my house!

Looks like it would feel good on their gums, I guess! Thankfully I don’t have any memories of teething!! :) It sure is bright yellow. I wonder if it will come in other colors…

A little strange looking, but the nubbies on the parts that go inside the mouth look like they’d be very soothing to a little teether!!

I think it looks like a flying saucer, beaming up two prickly pears in the desert. But then again I have a wild imagination.

Poor Deeds. Sojo is teething right now and the whole family is miserable as a result. I’m bracing myself for another long night.

My little Eli is teething, and boy is he miserable!

I think the little nub parts look like those bumble balls… remember the ones that bounce around by themselves on your floor? Ok… maybe it’s just me.

I think the prickly pears idea looks about right too, but if it works, who cares!

I really like the idea that there are two large ball like pieces that can reach the little ones back gums with out choking/ gagging them. I also like the little bumpy areas on the 2 round balls. I think it will help comfort the gums!

I would LOVE to try this out on my little one.

The Teethifier, what more can be said? It looks like a fabulous solution for sore gummies. I would love for my daughter to be able to transition over from nuk and chewing on the fingers to the teethifier, which is tackling both issues with one solution!

It’s a little odd looking, but certainly seems like it would get to those back gums and provide some relief. (For those who give babies a carrot, did you know it helps to pop it in the freezer first? Of course, it will only work on one side at a time.)

This would have come in handy for me when my son was teething. Although I have one on the way I would love to be prepared for what I experienced 5 years ago LOL. And from the looks of the picture, it seems as though it would massage itchy gums the only thing that worries me is if the child would be able to chew off the ball thingys lol with the 2 front teeth or all front teeth for that matter..? lol thats kinda scray.
