Couscous. The name might not be familiar if you aren’t an exotic eater:
Couscous is a grain product made from semolina (coarsely ground durum wheat) or, in some regions, from coarsely ground barley or pearl millet.

The flavor and texture are mild, and all of the (3) children present adorably called for “more couscous!”
I paired my couscous with cooked veggies, while carnivorous guests enjoyed grilled pork chops.
Often, when it is just the fam and I, we have roasted vegetables and couscous for the evening meal. Simple, healthy, and delicious!
