My Poor, Sweet Baby!

This is Deaky’s pacifier after a long, tearful night of teething:

My first thought is: “Poor little Boo Boo!” My second thought is: “That could have been ME.”

I did wonder why he cried bitterly when I tried to put that pacifier back in his mouth. It all made sense when the sun came up and I saw the gnawed nipple.

Ouch! Poor baby is right. I know they now make some weird shaped teething pacifier thate meant to be gnawed on but we’ve never tried it.

We use the non-latex Playtex variety with our little guy. The nice thing about their brand is they are all BPA free. I know my oldest was able to chew right through the latex ones like your poor teething son.

Hope the teething ends quickly. My little one just cut four molars and yesterday I noticed that the eye teeth buds are visible.

oww… my boobs ache just looking at that. Jasper has never taken a paci but I am contemplating getting him one of these: http://www.teethifier.com/

Taylor has always loved the Soothie pacifier. You know the green one that kids get in the hospital. They sell them at babies r us and target as well.

Awww, poor little guy. My son never took a pacifier and he refuses a lot of teething toys. We use Hyland teething tablets for him.

We do use Hyland’s…he stops crying when he sees me get the Hyland’s bottle out. That means he loves them!
