Monkey Business Sports
Indiana Jonas and Deeds got two great toys from a company called Monkey Business Sports. They have lots of great toys at very reasonable prices. Each item is designed to get kids outside and moving.
Remember when kids used to go outside and play? Those days are back! I decided to record the kids’ reactions to their new toys before adding my two cents. Voila: 
The Sling Bow is nice and small and manageable.
I admonished Indiana Jonas not to shoot at people (or over the fence into our neighbor’s duckpond where other toys have been lost), but I also did a test and determined that getting shot with the Sling Bow foam arrow doesn’t hurt.
The arrow is actually less dense than another brand of foam arrows that my brother used to shoot at me when we were children. *ahem*.
I like the way the Sling Bow gives Indiana Jonas good practice with small and large muscle control as well as thinking about spatial awareness as he tries to shoot the arrow at a target! Also notice in the video, Jojo is playing outside. Yay!
The Sling Bow retails for $16.50, which I think is a good price!
Deeds’s Spider Ball is the perfect thing for a child his age.
The ball is dense but light, and would be a good weight for batting, throwing, and catching.
The Spider Ball was designed by a P.E. coach so that his students could do batting practice in a gymnasium.
The spider legs prevent the ball from rolling all over the place. Isn’t that genius? Plus they are cute and just plain fun!
There are several different Spider Ball designs. They retail for $5 each.

Those are cute toys!
I kept thinking Jojo was going to shoot you in the face when he was handing the bow.
And I love Deeds’ “meep/yes”. I smiled watching and listening to him.
