Ladies? Have you ever been “caught” without the things you need when that time of the month strikes?

Now imagine not being able to afford sanitary protection.

That is the reality for for millions of girls in developing countries, so every month, they simply avoid school for the duration of their periods.

This can lead girls to abandoning school altogether because they are so far behind, and increases their vulnerability to poverty and disease, including HIV.

In an effort to help, the o.b. Brand has created a Share It Forward Facebook campaign to raise money and awareness for Huru International, a non-profit organization that provides at-risk young girls in developing countries with the resources and knowledge they need to complete their education and safeguard their health.

Now through November, the o.b. Brand will donate $1 (up to $25,000) for every person who visits the o.b. Outreach Tab on the mighty. small.™ movement Facebook page and “Shares” a message about Huru International’s mission.

Step 2: Select your state from the drop down box (under the green box)

Step 3: Put a check mark next to the box that says you’ve read the Terms & Conditions

Step 4: Click the pink “Click to Share” button to post the message on your Wall

Step 5: Spread the word!
