      I have wowed guests with the perfect apple pie baked in the oven in a brown paper sack with perfectly browned crust. Yes, it does work and no, the paper bag does not catch fire.

      I have impressed company with a fondue party. Warm chocolate & cheese and a few pretty trays of colorful fruit, cookies, cakes and brownies and lots of fondue forks made for a big hit ( and it was sooo easy)

      My best tip is to maranate it overnight and serve with potatos and perhaps some salid and you have a meal. I would have come up with a better idea, but I do not cook. Thats why I depend on websites and products like lawrys to guide me allong my little kitchen journy!

      I have impressed with the simplest of desserts. I took mini Filo Dough shells, filled them with Fat Free Chocolate pudding, topped them with whipped cream and chocolate shavings and put them on a platter to serve. Bite sized Chocolate Cream Pies.

      Company is very impressed with my Chocolate Eclair Cake. It’s basically cream puff dough shaped around a pizza pan, with pudding and whipped topping filling. Unbelieavable!

      My company is impressed by the feta and spinach stuffed chicken breast I make covered with a feta cheese cream sauce made with sauteed onions and garlic and topped with diced tomatoes and green onion.

      The only time I have impressed company was with homemade cinnamon rolls and even then I got the recipe from Allrecipes! LOL You wont find me on Food Network anytime soon, that’s for sure. That’s why I love grilling with easy marinades…You really cant screw them up, they come out delicious every time. Thanks so much for the chance to win this!

      I have impressed guests with an easy summer dessert. Take boughten Angel food cake broken into pieces and placed in a 9 x 13 pan . 20 oz. crushed pineapple (natural juice)spooned over cake, 2 pkg French vanilla pudding made as directed poured over cake cover with thawed cool whip . refrigerate. Cut and serve. It is easy light and refreshing

      I made homemade lasagne before for family - everyone thought I had used Italian sausage for the meat but it was cooked ground turkey ($1/lb tube at Walmart) with a lot of Italian seasoning. shhh

      It’s not a big recipe secret, but I’m pretty good at grilling marinated chicken. Using plain ‘ol Italian Dressing is the best.

      If you ever need to bring an appetizer that everyone will beg you for the recipe for, Marinated Cheese is it…Different cheese diced, black olives, green olives, banana peppers in a marinated olive oil and white wine sauce. I will be glad to send you the recipe, go ahead and make copies you will need them.
