Kids Klutter Katchers are Neat (it’s a pun!)

Confession: I am not a naturally organized person. Yes, I am a “piler” (not a filer). I have been trying to rehabilitate my piling ways for several years, with the help of old episodes of Clean Sweep and the cold dose of reality that having children brings, I am definitely making progress.

When I travel, I REALLY strive to be organized. I make lists, I divide things into bags within bags; I pull out all of the stops. NOW, I have found a NEW ORGANIZATIONAL TOOL: behold, the Kids Klutter Katcher!

Kids Klutter Katchers are 12″ x 15″ zippered mesh bags for sorting and organizing clutter. These are a huge step up from resealable plastic bags. What I like about Kids Klutter Katchers:

  • Kids Klutter Katchers are an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic bags.
  • Kids Klutter Katchers are sturdier than plastic bags and rip-resistant (no Playmobile swords will puncture them).
  • Jojo can zip and unzip the Klutter Katcher bag with ease. He cannot do a ziplock seal.
  • I was able to fit 2 gallon plastic bags worth of small toys into ONE Klutter Katcher bag.
  • The Klutter Katcher bags weigh practically nothing — this is important when calculating airline baggage weight.
  • My absolute favorite benefit: Baby Deak (age 10 months) is in the “dump out containers” phase. When he tries to dump a container filled with zippered Klutter Katcher bags, there is NO MESS! I’m giddy over this one!

This is a Kids Klutter Katcher filled with Playmobile: it was formerly housed inside of a gallon-sized ziplock bag (right).

This Kids Klutter Katcher is filled with Lego building blocks that were once housed in TWO gallon-sized ziplock bags. I was surprised that the Kids Klutter Katcher can hold this much volume:

Here, the safely Klutter-Katched Lego and Playmobile can coexist in one bin:

Isn’t that what it’s all about?

I have since bought 61 of these! I just keep finding more uses!

Those are pretty cool. The bigger challenge is not buying our kids so much stuff! I found your post while searching for Travel Stuff for Kids. I didn’t look at your entire site, but if you have time check out the “Trunki”… they are pretty NEAT (no pun implied, intended or otherwise… I’m just not feeling clever), because your kids can ride them and these Klutter Katchers would be a nice complement to them.

Did this company go out of business already? I would love to get some but when I go to the site it is now a website for Viagra.
