Kidorable Giveaway
Deeds got the most precious pirate themed child’s raincoat from Kidorable!
It has a cute eye patch that Velcro’s into the hood, and the detailing on the pockets fits right in with the theme.
Plus, the hood itself is a pirate hat! Yar!
It came with a sturdy wooden pirate clothes hanger for storage.
On this day, we actually did see a few raindrops.
Both boys put on their Kidorable gear and ran outside to enjoy it.
They had to show off their cool rain clothes to our babysitter as soon as she arrived.
Rainy season is about to begin in earnest, and since we are committing to be car-free this year, I wanted to make sure we were covered in the rain gear department.
To share the booty, Jojo got the pirate rain boots that coordinate with Deeds’s pirate rain coat.
They have a jaggedy pirate-esque top and are adorned with a parrot, a treasure map, an anchor, and a boy pirate.
A little yellow tag with a Jolly Roger on it sticks out of the back of each boot.
Nothing could be better for a young pirate to wear in stormy weather!
The pirate umbrella is so much fun; it has a sword handle, and a Jolly Roger flat and sword tip sticking out of the top. I hide the umbrella from them so they don’t fight over it! It is too cool!

I’m not entirely sure. Please, please ask me again if I win, since I have to ask my nieces and nephews! I think my nieces would like polka-dot umbrella, but I’m not sure. My nephews would probably love the pirate one, the fireman one, or the dinosaur one…but again, not sure.

These umbrellas are adorable…and I remember how much I loved having my own umbrella when I was in kindergarden. I’d choose the Polka Dots Umbrella.

I love the space hero one - and the bumble bee- but also the
pirate is AWESOME! I have a little pirate here at home that dresses in her pirate costume daily- no matter where we are going!

While I’m sure my nephew would adore the pirate umbrella that Deeds has, it’s a toss up between the Dinosaur and Space Hero. I just wish there was an adult-sized Lotus, Elephant, Dog, or Cat since they would be hits in Cambodia!
