I love the face detection feature- my digital camera has this and it’s wonderful. It also is the smallest and lightest JVC model- no more excuses not to take the camcorder because it’s too bulky!

I think the face recognition is a cool feature!

One-Touch DVD Creation (Direct DVD). I have a flip camcorder that you can not use to make dvds. I have another smaller camcorder that has the ability to be put on to dvd if you are a rocket scientists. I want the ability to save priceless family moments to dvd without wanting to poke my eyes out in the process! I am expecting my fourth child and this would be awesome!

I like the fact that it’s full HD.

I really did visit the site!! And there were actually 2 features that I really liked, and they are 1) I can get up to 999 digital stills (high quality) & 2) 25 hours of recording time (again of the highest quality). It sounds awesome and I really hope I win!!

The nicest feature is how truly easy it is to operate. Slide the mode switch to select video mode, press play/rec to select recording mode, press start/stop to start and stop recording. What could be easier?

Now when a moose shows up in my front yard to nibble on some Willows for an early morning breakfast I can easily record, upload to YouTube and share the experience with the world. Who wouldn’t want to see North Pole, Alaska, up close and personal?

I love that that it as Face Detection. When it’s dark and you can’t see their face, it’ll sure come in handy!

I love that it records directly to a hard disk. I have tapes in a box that never got uploaded to the computer or made into DVD because it’s too much of a pain (and I never really figured out how to do it!)
I was impressed that the 20 reviews on the site were all so positive. Any issues were minor and everyone was so happy with this camera. This camera sounds like a dream and I could really use it since the battery on my old video camera won’t take a charge and I haven’t found a replacement in…3 years!!

I love this camera. As a disabled person with limited strength, the one-handed operation is great. I also love that it has auto power on and off AND auto lens cover. Goodness knows how many times I’ve worn out my batteries and lost my lens cap on my regular cameras! (I do not own a camera with video capacity, well, not more than one or two minutes. LOL). My mom and dad’s 60th wedding anniversary is coming up and my greatest fear is that I will forget their voices as the reality of them moving up in years is here. A video camera to record each coming milestone that they make it through would be more than precious to me.

As fancy as the PC backup, the internal hard drive, and one-touch commands are, I like the 2-way strap because there are an equal number of lefties and righties that might be using this camera!

I love how small it is. The camcorder I have now is so bulky and doesn’t work right half of the time. This would be so nice to carry to my son’s football games.

I love that the JVC Everio GZ-HD300 60GB High-Def Camcorder is easy to use, but in case you need help there are JVC Everio Tutorials on YouTube. I also love that it has almost 10,000 digital still availablity, and high quality recording sound.

As a new mommy there are so many features I love of about this camcorder! First it’s in HD and what better way to capture memories other than in HD!? It is tiny enough to fit in the diaper bag and takes stills so you don’t need to lug around an additional camera. However because you have to capture moments quickly the auto on is my favorite, also love the auto off because after capturing the moment you are usually running! I’m not much of a tech person just a mommy who knows the features I need, and this has it all.

The One-Touch Backup to PC is my absolute favorite function. Seriously, with my digital camera…the pictures would stay on the camera forever if not for my more technologically-advanced husband!

I think it’s amazing that the it can hold almost TEN THOUSAND digital stills. 9,999 to be exact. That rocks! That’s my favorite feature.

One of the best features is the 25 hours of recording time. That would be great for vacation when you might never think to re-charge the battery. Thanks.

I like that the Everio can take high quality stills as well as video. I also love that it has a manual focus option. I hate when I’m trying to frame up a shot, and the camera won’t focus where I want it to!
