Jizo and Chibi

The Jizo Jewelry Collection is all about Jizo, the protector and guide of women, children, and travelers.

The Chibi Jewely Collection features Chibi, the Japanese word for small child – or little one – when worn as jewelry creates a sense of calm.

Here is Chibi, the little one, riding along a chain to take on all sorts of expressions: up and engaged, lying down to rest and flipping upside-down. Little ones love to go upside-down; yoga people, too. Sometimes we all feel upside-down even if nobody knows it.

Chibi is soothing, playful, and can be mischievous – like a child…or your inner child.

I was sent the little Chibi in silver, only 1/2? tall, and $50.

I couldn’t pass on Chibi…I work with 3 and 4 year olds every day. They keep me young at heart and remind me not to take myself – or anything else (except stickers) too seriously.

I think little Chibi is a cute size that would work for a child to wear (Deeds loves necklaces) or for people like myself who stick to understated accessories.
