Hope Is Our Path (HIOP) is a site created for individuals, companies, non-profit organizations, and charity groups to host and share their “Hope” initiatives with the on-line community. While dreams are achieved with action, they all begin with a little Hope.

Each initiative has its own “Path” designed to highlight the program or cause; and create community awareness and participation. Born from a brainstorming session about the Path to Peace project with  Fiona Bryan (Bantering Blonde) and Barbara Collins (Madre Minutes), we realized the potential and power of sharing information about multiple programs in one dedicated space.

Through HIOP we can increase exposure on the many important community-service programs making a difference in our world and inspire people to get involved.

Hope is Our Path…To Peace is a new initiative in this journey of HOPE and empowerment for the Rwandan/New Orleans women and for all women in a pay-it-forward initiative.

We  know how good it feels to give a gift that means so much in so many ways and see it inspire others to give as well. This is our Path!

On the dedicated HIOP site there is a “Path” (group) set up for Path to Peace.  You will find all the information needed to get started on the path.

How You Can Participate

1.)  Join HIOP site and the “Path” yourself and pay-it-forward.
2.)  Encourage your “payee” to do the same (as well as join the group)
3.)  Promote this initiative on your blog, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
4.)  Share your story on the HIOP site as a blog post, or create a Whrrl story of it on our #Path2Peace page, etc.  then connect them to your “payee” so we can see how far this goes!

Thanks so much for sharing the story of the Path to Peace project. I’m also involved in the project and your posts and support mean so much. Every post and every sale truly does help to bring hope to the lives of these women.
