I did a little experiment to see whether the pizza crust that takes a really long time to make tasted any better than the pizza crust recipe that used less ingredients and less time.
Today, I share my findings with you.

| wait time after combining water, salt, honey, and yeast: 10 minutes | wait time after combining sugar, yeast, and water: 6 to 8 minutes |

| bake time: 20 to 25 minutes | bake time: 8 to 12 minutes |

Taste test:
The “thin crust” wasn’t actually that much thinner than the “easy pizza crust”.
In the end, the “thin crust” tasted better and was softer/easier to chew.
