I am a huge fan of Omega-3 supplements. I have been taking them myself since about 2006, and I feel they improve my mood, ability to concentrate, and energy level.
I have been giving supplements to my children as well since Jojo was three.
If you have a child that can’t swallow a pill but could benefit from an Omega-3 supplement, you should try the Coromega Child Brain and Body Omega-3 High DHA, 2.5-Gram Squeeze Packets.

They come two flavors: orange or lemon lime. Both flavors come in small, convenient packs with no fishy aftertaste.

Kids can enjoy Coromega in many ways including taking it straight from the packet, mixing it into yogurt or smoothies, or other creative ways (spread on toast?).

DHA important for growth and development, and it is easy to be lacking in this nutrient given our normal diets. Each squeeze packet contains 850 mg of fish oil and 200 mg of DHA, for the healthy development of a child’s brain, eyes and heart.

Thank you, Coromega, for sending some tasty samples to my kids!
