Merry Christmas, from us to you!
We hosted a Carol and Candlelight party in our home on Christmas Eve.
The boys looked cute in their Christmas jammies.
It was sweet to have a wee ten day old baby among our party guests!
After the boys went to bed and the guests went home, Nick and I displayed the Christmas gifts appealingly to greet us in the morning.
I kind of cheated with the dollhouse because those action figures and dolls (and the monkey) are old news- toys we have had for a while. I wanted Jojo to be able to play as soon as he saw it though.
The Christmas tree is about 4 feet tall.
After we opened gifts, we went to our friends house for a Christmas brunch. Santa stopped by with a gift for Jojo!
Jojo looked like he thought it was the most normal thing in the world. He was delighted, but seemingly not surprised.
Deeds didn’t really know what was going on, but he wasn’t bothered. He was just happy to eat several muffins, eggs, and french toast at the brunch.
It was a fabulous Christmas, and I still have TONS of cookies left over.
Merry Christmas to you!

[...] The curtains I ordered were called “sage”, but they turned out to be what I would call “forest”. They are blackout curtains to help the boys sleep in. The dollhouse is by Viola toys and was a gift last Christmas. [...]
