Breyers Smooth and Dreamy
Every member of my family loves ice cream, and hot summer weather is a great excuse to indulge.
New Breyers Smooth & Dreamy ice cream bars and sandwiches are a nice treat.
They come in six flavors, including Chocolate Caramel Brownie, Vanilla Caramel Chip, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Chocolate Covered Strawberry, Vanilla Fudge Brownie, and Triple Chocolate Chip.
Breyers Smooth & Dreamy bars and sandwiches are actually a sensible indulgence, with no artificial flavors or colors, 120-160 calories and 4-6g of fat per serving.
I was hoping to check these out at the beach, but the Publix supermarket in the area didn’t have them. Booo!
Back in my hometown, I picked up some Vanilla Fudge Brownie ice cream sandwiches. These have 4 grams of fat per sammie, and 160 calories.
I enjoyed them with my two sons, and marveled that it tasted like regular ice cream. I mean, what is missing from these that make them relatively low in fat? I’m amazed.
The cookies were oval-shaped, unlike the picture on the box of round cookies. That is why my ice cream sandwich looks huge and lop-sided in the picture.
