BabyBananaBook Baby Banana and the Licorice Tree is a cute little book by Debi Derryberry about Baby Banana, who can fly by employing the use of his peel as wings.

Baby Banana and the Licorice Tree is fun and colorful, and seems to be presented as the first in what will be a series of Baby Banana adventures.

Debi Derryberry’s Baby Banana CD (sold separately) has a the author reading the book aloud on track 10 of the disc.

I am a preschool teacher, and the 4 year olds really love being able to “read” a book by donning headphones and listening to an audio story while leafing through the corresponding book. Quite a popular choice for Center Time.

babybananaCD Debi Derryberry’s Baby Banana CD has 10 fun tracks in a range of styles.

There is a “lullaby” type song and plenty of upbeat songs that make you want to get moving!

The www.mybabybanana.com website has neat features too. You can play games, do coloring pages, and check out recipes and activities.
